Small-Business Retainer
$199/month for support covering up to 10 devices under a written agreement.
Each agreement must identify included services, device coverage, remote/on-site allowances, service hours, response expectations, exclusions, and charges for additional work.
Billing and Renewal
Monthly billing authorization, renewal frequency, billing date, and applicable taxes will be disclosed and accepted before enrollment. No subscription can be purchased from this website at present.
Cancellation
Cancellation methods, effective dates, and any notice period will be described in the individual agreement before enrollment.
Additional Work
Work outside the agreed support scope may require a separate quote and approval.
